Job requirements.

Deliver Best service and maximize customers satisfaction and return.Implement house policies and protocolsMonitor performance daily, weekly for improvement.Cleary communicate weekly with Manager about sales improvement & any issue.Fully communicate with Chef and Manager.
Qualifications & profile required.

Adaptability & flexibility on solving taskCollaborative individual, curious about his jobCustomers service minded, passion for service.proper communication & selling skillsTeam leader/motivatorUnderstand key performance and reporting indicatorsminimum 2 years in a relevant restaurant Supervisor positionMust be at least 25 years old.Must be able to read, write and communicate in English.

From 3000.00 gross Myr monthly depending on experiences and qualifications.
