Food & Coffee Operation Consultant

Our Client, a multinational Oil & Gas company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia is looking for a dynamic Food & Coffee Operation Consultant for their retail business.If you have a passion for F&B and Marketing, like meeting new people, possess collaborative and team player attitude, we want you!
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Analyze site performance and consolidate findings and provide improvement recommendations for area for improvement.
- Conduct scheduled site visits, and report on status and findings.
- Site visits include observing current operations to ensure proper merchandising of product, label and POSM as per planogram and promotion plan & purchase & sales price compliance.
- Audit key food preparation (baking, hot food) & food hygiene and safety.
- Carry out feedback sessions with Retailer / Site Manager / Supervisor on observations made on site & discuss areas for improvement.
- Coach Retail outlet site staff on proper baking, food preparation and food safety which complies to local regulatory requirements.
- Attend kickoff meetings of new site openings which includes discussion on layout adjustments if necessary, and briefing retailers on the opening procedures & checklists.
- Champion Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of Food & Coffee project delivery of Client Branded Workshop roll outs and engage various distributors in sourcing for suitable potential customers for re branding.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- Possess minimum Diploma in Marketing / Business Management / F&B.
- Preferable at least 3 years' experience in F&B line.
- Good communications skills with ability to liaise with diverse teams and backgrounds.
- Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Strong negotiation skills with vendor and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and multi-tasking skills.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving results
- Willing to travel & owns a personal car (NCAP4* certified)
- IT literate with knowledge in Ms. Excel.

Salary range: up to RM 4,500
Work hours: 9am - 6pm, Mon - Fri
