Food Nutritionist Chemist

**Key Responsibilities**:**Nutritional Analysis**: Conduct nutritional and chemical analysis of food samples to determine their nutritional content, chemical composition, and safety.**Product Development**: Participate in the research and development of new food products, emphasizing nutritional balance, taste, and safety.**Quality Control**: Ensure all products meet stringent food safety and quality standards, as set by the Malaysian government and the company.**Research**: Keep up-to-date with the latest food chemistry and nutrition research. Contribute to research projects and interpret research findings.**Regulatory Compliance**: Adhere to all regulatory requirements for food production, including Malaysian food safety laws and guidelines.**Documentation**: Keep accurate records of all tests, findings, and procedures.**Lab Management**: Maintain laboratory equipment and assist in ordering lab supplies.**Required Skills and Qualifications**:Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field. A master's degree or higher is preferred.Previous experience in a food laboratory or related setting.Strong knowledge of food chemistry, nutrition, and laboratory techniques.Proficiency in using various laboratory equipment and software for data analysis.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication skills in both English and Malay.Familiarity with Malaysian food safety and quality standards.**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM3,800.00 per monthSchedule:- Monday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate:- Ipoh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
