Front Desk Administrator

Responsibilities:
Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.Preparing meeting and training rooms.Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls, as necessary.Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.Performing ad-hoc administrative duties (e.g verifying phone bill, SIM card activation/cancellation, call vendor for information etc).Assisting Marketing team on ad hoc task as assigned (marketing-related events, customer visits, etc)Assisting guest/clients in finding their way around the office.Sorting and distributing mail/courier to relevant person.Provide excellent customer services.Scheduling appointments/meeting.Assist with organizing company events and meetings. Coordinating food & beverages with vendor. Requirements:
Possessed at least a Diploma in hospitality/customer service/administration or any relevant courses.Preferably with minimum of a year of experiences as an admin/receptionist or customer service.Computer literacy in Microsoft Office.Good communication skills.A detailed-oriented person.Ability to multitask.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
