Front Desk Assistant

Details of the offer

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

? Complete required paperwork.
? Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
? Read and visually verify information in a variety of formats (e.g., small print).
? Greeting and welcoming guests as they approach the front desk.
? Directing guests to the responsible officers.
? Registering new guests to the customers' database.
? Assisting in the scheduling of meetings and appointments.
? Answering questions and addressing complaints.
? Keeping front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material.
? Performs other assigned duties as required to meet company objectives.
Education and/or Work Experiences Requirements:

? Strong knowledge of computer applications and the ability to accurately perform tasks in some or all of the following applications: Access, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
? Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
? Ability to manage a wide variety of sensitive business and employee information in a confidential manner.
? Ability to present a positive, professional image of the company to a wide variety of contacts.
? Ability to efficiently organize, file and retrieve information relating to the site.
