Front Office Executive

Details of the offer

Responsibilities:Lead the Front Office team by example, displaying the highest professionalism in handling various situations.
Meet with guests and seek feedback, rectifying any issues as soon as possible to minimize inconvenience.
Establish and update Standard Operating Procedures for the department, ensuring effective implementation.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the Front Office Department and all related guest services, achieving maximum sales and guest satisfaction while adhering to hotel service standards.
Be technically savvy in hotel systems, including PMS, POS, PABX, Broadband, etc.
Supervise all Front Desk services with utmost efficiency, following hotel policies and procedures (check-in & out, handle inquiries, guest requests, boat services, transportation, telephone, reservation, cashiering, etc.).
Handle guest comments or complaints.
Ensure prompt follow-up on payments and closing of Group Permanent Folio (PM) on the day of group departure.
Conduct regular room inspections and liaise with the Housekeeping Department regarding deviations from standard setups or special requests.
Maximize revenue on room sales and upsell to walk-in and potential guests.
Ensure guest stay details, rates, and guest ledger are accurate for balancing at Closing Day.
Prepare daily/monthly reports as required.
Attend meetings/morning briefings.
Requirements:More than 5 years of relevant work experience required.
Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
Ability to work under pressure.
Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
Strong organizational, budget management, and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
