Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of a system from initial concept through implementation and maintenance.Manage the full software development life cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and optimization.Collaborate with management to align the system's functionality with business goals and operational needs.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges, ensuring system reliability and performance.Adapt to various roles as necessary, including system architecture, back-end and front-end development, and deployment.Stay up-to-date with new technologies and best practices to continuously improve system performance and security.Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of full stack development experience.Expertise in Full Stack Development: Hands-on experience in both front-end and back-end technologies, with a comprehensive understanding of the software development life cycle.Experience in System Development: Proven experience in building systems from the ground up, with the ability to oversee and guide the technical direction of a project. Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or PHP, with knowledge of frameworks like Node.js, Django, Flask, or Spring Boot preferred.Experience in API development and integration (RESTful services).Experience with database management systems such as SQL (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB).Strong Communicator: Capable of explaining technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and preparing comprehensive documentation.Adaptability and Innovation: Willingness to explore and integrate new technologies to improve system functionality and efficiency.
