(Can discuss whether want to work 5 days/week or 6 days/week)**Job Description**:1) Medication Dispensing:- Receive and interpret prescription orders from healthcare providers or patients.- Accurately dispense medications, ensuring the correct drug, dosage, and instructions are provided.- Verify prescriptions for potential drug interactions or allergies, taking appropriate actions when necessary.- Maintain meticulous records of dispensed medications and patient information.2) Patient Counseling:- Offer personalized medication counseling to patients, explaining drug usage, potential side effects, and interactions.- Answer patients' questions regarding their medications and address any concerns they may have.- Encourage medication adherence and provide advice on lifestyle changes to improve health outcomes.3) Medication Management:- Conduct medication therapy reviews to identify potential issues and optimize drug regimens for individual patients.- Implement medication management strategies to prevent medication errors and adverse reactions.- Monitor and track patients' medication compliance and efficacy, making adjustments as needed.4) Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance:- Adhere to all relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and ethical standards.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to comply with legal and organizational requirements.- Participate in quality assurance programs to ensure the safe and effective delivery of pharmaceutical services.5) Over-the-Counter (OTC) Medications and Health Products:- Provide recommendations on OTC medications and health products to promote self-care and wellness.- Educate customers on the proper use of OTC products and potential interactions with prescription medications.6) Inventory Management:- Monitor pharmacy inventory levels and order medications and supplies as needed.- Ensure proper storage and handling of medications to maintain product quality and patient safety.7) Health Promotion:- Offer health promotion and disease prevention advice, such as vaccination services and smoking cessation support.Qualifications:- Possess at least a degree in pharmacy- Registered with Malaysia Board of Pharmacy- Eligible to obtain License A Poison- Fresh PRP/FRP are encouraged to applyStrategic Location:- 1 hour 10 minutes to Butterworth- 42 minutes to Parit Buntar- 39 minutes to Kulim- 54 minutes to Taiping**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Flexible schedule- Free parking- Maternity leave- Parental leave- Professional developmentSchedule:- Day shift- Fixed shiftSupplemental pay types:- Yearly bonusExpected Start Date: 09/01/2023
