Responsibilities/Job Descriptions: Develop and execute a comprehensive fundraising strategy for YJM, targeting foundations, corporations, and individuals.Cultivate and manage relationships with current and potential donors through personalized engagement and communication.Prepare and submit grant proposals, track donor activity, and ensure all records are accurate.Organize and promote fundraising events, ensuring that each event meets its financial goals.Use online platforms and social media to drive donations, boosting the organization's digital presence.Oversee and manage budgets for fundraising activities, evaluate their success, and prepare regular progress reports.Coordinate and train event volunteers, while liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth collaboration.Create and distribute public relations materials like brochures, newsletters, and donor updates to maintain strong community engagement.Skills/Requirements: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in a related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience; retirees are encouraged to apply.Excellent proficiency in both Bahasa Malaysia and English, with strong communication and persuasion skills.Ability to problem-solve and multi-task, managing multiple fundraising projects and deadlines effectively.Skilled in social media and online fundraising platforms, with a knack for networking and building relationships.Highly personable, with a natural ability to engage donors and volunteers to foster long-term support.Basic Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,500 + Commission (based on funds raised).
