Game Support Specialist

Main Responsibilities Quality Assurance Responsible for conducting extensive QA tests to ensure that the content delivered by developers is fit for public release.Building a Game Test Plan based on the testing requirements set forth by the developers and ensure that all test scenarios are covered and accounted for.Perform research on all existing internal or external game databases to determine whether an issue is known/has been reported and take the necessary remedial actions or preventative measures.Game Policing Responsible for the policing and investigation on anomalies found in the game and record these investigation results and maintain an evidence backup.Monitor game's health and operational status, and to report any abnormalities or service outages found to the relevant departments for corrective action.Game Evaluation Source, evaluate and review potential game titles for new product acquisition.Build a product brief summarizing the key points of the reviewed game title.Perform preliminary research on potential products.Customer Service Responsible for 1st and 2nd level of support and investigation into player-related issues and provide accurate issue resolution & policy information to each individual case.Monitor feedback on the various social channels, and provide necessary replies and support.Compile walkthroughs, notes and images for the purpose of Patch and Update notices.Plan and execute community events and activities.Other Ad-hoc duties include, but are not limited to:

- Perform various writing duties and conceptualization of product events/activities.
- Review the quality of translated scripts and creative design taskings.
- Curation and creation of social media content for the product's social channels.
Job Requirements Fluency in English and an avid interest in PC and Mobile gaming is a minimum prerequisite for this position. The ideal candidate should:
Ideally have prior experience in the gaming or IT-related industry.Possess excellent interpersonal skills and is tech-savvy.Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Possess strong communication and teamwork skills.Be highly organized with very strong attention to details.Be passionate and well-acquainted with various genres of games.Be able to work independently with a keen sense of ownership and responsibility.Be willing to work long and/or irregular hours when required.Be able to commit to a shift-based roster which will cover weekends and Public Holidays.
