Business Licences and ContractsResponsible for ensuring compliance with the rules and regulations set by the Ministry of Health Malaysia and shall take full responsibility if strategies breach these regulations.Responsible for ensuring the renewal of all business and operational licenses for the Medical Centre, particularly with the Ministry of Health Malaysia.Responsible for ensuring the renewal and validity of all business agreements, including General and Indemnity Insurance, Maintenance Contracts, and Ancillary Contracts.Financial ResponsibilitiesResponsible for delivering revenue, managing expenses, and achieving profit before tax as outlined in the approved annual budget.Responsible for developing an annual financial budget for the Company that is measurable and achievable.Responsible for ensuring the strategic placement and implementation of effective procurement monitoring to reduce business costs.Responsible for overseeing product and service pricing to ensure profitability while maintaining competitiveness.Responsible for coordinating financial and budget activities to maximize operational efficiency and company profit.Responsible for facilitating the preparation and analysis of various reports.Responsible for reviewing the company's business performance related to financial, sales, and marketing activities, and measuring productivity and goal progress. 3. Human Resources Responsibilities Responsible for enhancing management effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, and jointly developing effective training programs for existing and new employees.Responsible for jointly developing and implementing effective staff retention programs in collaboration with the Group Human Resources Department.Responsible for maintaining an accurate organizational chart that clearly outlines the roles and responsibilities of each staff member.Responsible for overseeing the development of accurate Job Descriptions (JDs) for each employee and ensuring that they understand their JDs and associated deliverables.Required to assess the performance of managers through scheduled or planned performance appraisals. 4. Medical Affair Responsible for ensuring that all practicing doctors are properly credentialed by the Company's Medical Credentialing Board.Responsible for ensuring that all practicing doctors have the necessary academic and practical qualifications, along with valid certifications, to be granted practicing rights in the Medical Centre.Responsible for ensuring that the practicing privileges granted to doctors are always current and valid.Responsible for maintaining all mandatory practice and indemnity certifications for practicing doctors.Responsible for ensuring that charges imposed on patients by practicing doctors align with the Company's approved fees or the current Schedule of Fees set by the Malaysian Medical Association.
