Key Responsibilities • Develop and implement the company's strategic vision to ensure alignment with corporate objectives and long-term goals.
• Oversee daily operations, including financial management, resource allocation, and process optimization to drive operational efficiency.
• Foster a high-performing team culture, providing leadership, mentorship, and empowering employees to achieve their potential.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders, ensuring open communication and long-term collaboration.

Candidate Profile • Extensive experience (8+ years) in a senior management role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing diverse teams, with a focus on driving results.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Strong commercial acumen and financial management expertise.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Demonstrated passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and fostering a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture.
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal forms in a professional setting.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese, with experience in conducting business and communicating in professional environments, is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive organizational success.
• Experience in managing complex challenges and crises with strategic insight and sound judgment.
