General Technician

Capability of diagnose and solve technical issue.
Technical support such as water pump, burner and electrical component.
Troubleshooting equipment and systems after their installation.
Creating solutions to client's issues.
Communicating with clients about new systems and equipment and how to operate them.
Suggesting improvements in work processes to increase efficiencies.
Engage with internally and externally people.
Responsible for demonstrating the features of a product to an audience and clients.
Analyzing operations and offering suggestions for improvement.
Running tests and interpreting results to make effective recommendations.
Preparing technical reports, documentation, and manuals related to engineering projects.
Conducting tests on prototypes and finished products to ensure they meet design specifications.Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least SPM / 'O' Level / Higher secondary / STPM / 'A' Level / Pre 'U' / Diploma in Engineering and/or Services.
Those without the above qualification but with equivalent working experience in a related field will also be considered.
