Responsibilities: Work creatively according to client's timeline and budget. Apply various media using graphic design software. Work with copywriters, stylists, executives, and producers to produce quality work translated via graphics. Produce briefs for client's understanding. Learn new graphic design softwares to enhance work quality and style. Oversee all in-store communication and marketing artworks and materials of the stores. Work closely with VM & marketing team to tie up the external marketing,promo calendar, in-store communication and customer journey. Have the awareness of present competitor's activity in terms of in-store marketing and to ensure our in-store communication formats are both commercially & visually competitive. Provides feedback to the Head of Visual Merchandising for any image colour.design vs actual product, assets availability,local requirements etc. Responsible for ordering the entire eye, high, level navigational Visual pack for new store openings and modernizations. Prepares and complete artworks by operating typesetting, printing and purchasing to the local vendors after obtaining approval from the Head of Visual Merchandising. Work and complete the projects by liasing with the Head of Visual Merchandising the cconfirmed artworks ready for printing so for them to facilitate dates and store communications. Forecast and present for approval to the Head of Visual Merchandising the seasonal VM and in-store communication requirements for the stores. Work and planned with VM team for in-store communication and installation time table set for the entire region prior to the launch. Keeps up-to-date with trends and competitor activity regarding Visual Merchandising. Through understanding of the VOIR Group brand and ensures it is executed up to standards. Has a good awareness of trends and competitor activity regarding layout,styling and offers. Supports the Head of Visual Merchandising with implementing the store VM and marketing instore communication action plan. Requirements: Proven graphic designing experience. Possession of creative flair, versatility, conceptual/visual ability and originality. Proficient in graphic design skills with a strong portfolio. Able to interact, communicate and present ideas. Up to date with industry leading software and technologies (In Design, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc). Exceptionally proficient in all design aspects. Possess at least Diploma or higher in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
