We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to fill the role of Gym Receptionist at Barbell Rebellion, Beach Republic. The selected candidate will serve as the first point of contact for all gym members and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment. You will be responsible for front desk management and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the reception and gym areas.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Front Desk Management: Oversee the daily operations of the gym's front desk, ensuring all processes run smoothly.Welcome and greet both new and returning members with professionalism and warmth.2. Payment Processing and Membership Administration: Administer and record payments for memberships, walk-in, and other gym services.Ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented.Assist members with new sign-ups, renewals, and updating membership information as required.3. Database Management: Maintain and update member records in the gym's database, ensuring all personal and payment information is accurate and up-to-date.Track membership statuses and notify members of upcoming renewals or expiration.4. Cleanliness and Organization: Take responsibility for maintaining a clean and organized reception area as well as all areas of the gym, including the workout spaces, changing rooms, and equipment areas.Ensure all gym equipment is sanitized and cleaned regularly in accordance with health and safety standards, promoting a safe workout environment.Conduct regular checks of gym equipment and facilities to ensure cleanliness and functionality, reporting any issues to the management.5. Telephone and Inquiries Management: Handle all incoming calls, addressing inquiries related to gym services, membership plans, and general operational questions in a timely and efficient manner.Provide accurate information regarding gym memberships, schedules, and policies.6.
