Handyman - Building Maintenance

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. To perform periodic check, record and report on the condition of all electricalequipment, components and pump motors.2. To attend to minor repairs highlighted by Residents in respect of common area facilities.3. To attend, replace, change and modify faulty minor electrical components and lightfittings in the common area.4. To upkeep, maintain and restore minor defects eg. masonry, painting, electrical,plumbing or carpentry work. Major defects shall be referred and carried out byappointed independent contractors after the necessary approvals from BuildingSupervisor/Manager had been obtained.5. To keep a proper record of all mechanical and electrical parts changed or replaced.6.
