To ensure that the defects rectification works activities run smoothly and are completed within time specification. Responsible for overall site and environmental safety. To monitor defects rectification works progress and works order accordingly. To perform daily reporting and feedback to HOD on daily basis. Responsible for controlling tools movement and records. Performs general repairs such as drywall, painting and repairing doors and other building fixtures. Performs routing maintenance on building systems. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities.
