-Develop and implement a comprehensive training and talent management strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
-Lead the Training and Talent Management department, providing vision, direction, and guidance to team members.
-Ensure that all learning initiatives are aligned with business needs, are scalable, and effectively enhance employee performance.
-Lead the team in conducting needs assessments to identify learning gaps, develop targeted training solutions, and revise existing training modules to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy and direction.
-Continuously assess and improve the quality and impact of learning programs based on feedback and data analytics.
-Develop and manage talent development programs, including leadership development, mentoring, and coaching initiatives.
-Implement and maintain a robust succession planning process and framework to identify and prepare future leaders within the organization, develop relevant developmental program to close the competency gaps.
-Oversee succession planning initiatives to identify and cultivate future leaders for key roles within the organization.
-Lead the team to manage performance management processes, including employees' KPI setting, performance reviews, and 360' feedback mechanisms.
-Develop and manage the department's budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
-Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on the impact of training and talent management initiatives.

-Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
