Responsibilities•Develop and implement comprehensive corporate communication strategies aligned with the company's objectives, values, and brand positioning.•Act as the primary spokesperson and media liaison for the company, fostering positive relationships with journalists, industry analysts, and other key stakeholders.•Lead the creation of compelling content including press releases, corporate announcements, thought leadership pieces, and marketing collateral to effectively convey key messages and showcase our projects and initiatives.•Oversee the management of digital platforms, including the company website, social media channels, and email newsletters, ensuring consistent messaging and brand voice.•Collaborate closely with internal teams including marketing, investor relations, and project management to ensure alignment and integration of communication efforts.•Proactively identify emerging issues and potential reputational risks, developing strategies to mitigate negative impacts and protect the company's image.•Drive internal communication initiatives to ensure employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with the company's goals and values.•Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform communication strategies and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.•Manage external agencies and vendors as needed, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to budget and timeline.Qualifications•Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.•Minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related roles, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.•Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies that effectively engage diverse stakeholders and enhance brand reputation.•Strong media relations skills with experience in securing positive press coverage and managing crisis communication situations.•Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear, compelling messages for various audiences and channels.•Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate trends, identify opportunities, and develop creative solutions to achieve business objectives.•Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, foster collaboration, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.•Proficiency in digital communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and analytics tools.•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.•Commitment to integrity, transparency, and ethical conduct in all communication activities
