Company Profile: We are a Corporate Travel Management company providing comprehensive business travel arrangement service to corporate clients. We are looking for a strategic, forward thinking and vibrant candidate to fill up the leadership role for the human resources and admin team. We have approximately 120 head counts spread across a few locations.
Job Summary This role involves strategic planning, policy development, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR practices and administrative functions that support the organization's goals. The incumbent will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and various administrative duties, ensuring a productive and positive work environment.
Job Specific Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Strategic HR Management Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.Oversee workforce planning and talent management to meet future organizational needs.Foster a positive organizational culture that encourages employee engagement and retention.2. Budgeting and Financial Management Develop and manage the HR and administrative budget.Monitor expenditures and optimize costs while maintaining service quality.Prepare financial reports and forecasts related to HR and administrative functions.3. Leadership and Team Development Lead, mentor, and develop the HR and administrative team.Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.Set performance goals, provide feedback, and support professional growth within the team.4. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.Oversee the development and implementation of safety and health programs.Manage HR-related audits and ensure the confidentiality and security of employee records.5. Employee Relations and Performance Management Promote a positive work environment through effective employee relations and conflict resolution.Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to ensure timely and constructive feedback.Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures that support employee development and organizational growth.6. Recruitment and Staffing Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain qualified candidates.Develop and maintain job descriptions, interview processes, and onboarding procedures.Manage internal mobility and succession planning initiatives.7. Compensation and Benefits Design and manage competitive compensation structures and benefits programs.Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits.Conduct periodic salary surveys and analysis to maintain market competitiveness.8. Training and Development Identify training needs and oversee the development and implementation of training programs.Promote continuous learning and development opportunities for employees.Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.9. Administrative Oversight Supervise administrative staff and ensure efficient office operations.Manage the procurement of office supplies and services.Oversee facility management and maintenance activities.Education / Knowledge / Experience / Skillsets: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is preferred or equivalent qualification.Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR and administrative experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Well versed of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Labour Laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation.Able to handle multiple projects, good team player with effective time management skills.
