Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 8+ years of hands-on experience across the full range of human resources functions and 4+ years of experience in people leadership. Experience in a services sector such as F&B, retail or hospitality will be an added advantage.Experience in cultivating culture in workplace and employee engagement. Comfortable in understanding systems to enable more effective HR processes for the future. People Operations: own all people operations processes including performance review cycles, compensation reviews and planning, benefits administration, legal and regulatory compliance as it relates to employment, etc., and as we scale to ensure that we evolve our processes appropriately.
