TAKE NOTE: MUST BE ABLE TO RELOCATE   (Out of Malaysia) Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Lead and manage the HR team to deliver comprehensive HR services and support.Act as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters.Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to attract, hire, and retain top talent.Develop and implement talent management programs, including career development, succession planning, and performance management.Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement initiatives.Employee Relations and Compliance: Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and manage HR policies and procedures.Promote a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.Compensation and Benefits: Design and oversee the administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.Conduct regular benchmarking and market analysis to ensure our compensation and benefits packages remain attractive and competitive.Organizational Development: Identify and address organizational development needs, including training and development programs.Lead change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.Drive continuous improvement in HR processes and systems. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum of 8 years or more in HR management.MUST be able to relocate (Out of Malaysia)Housing allowance will be provided Benefits: High remuneration package
