Job Responsibilities
Oversee daily maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.Ensure that maintenance activities are performed in compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Develop and implement maintenance strategies and plans to ensure the reliable and safe operation of equipment and machinery.Identify and prioritize maintenance projects based on operational needs and industry best practices.Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance professionals, including engineers and technicians of the maintenance department.Implement workplace safety policies and standards. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proven track record of successfully leading maintenance teams and managing complex maintenance operations.Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems (CMMS) and best practices in preventive maintenance.Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance requirements in heavy industries.
