The Role As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for all aspects of marketing from customer acquisition, growth and campaigns. As part of the ShopBack Malaysia leadership group, you will be working closely with local teams and regional stakeholders to achieve aspirational goals. If you are an experienced, self-motivated, and innovative marketer with strong people management abilities, this could be the role for you. Your Adventure Ahead Devise, implement and be accountable for marketing strategy and execution to drive the highest ROI on user acquisition, growth and retention across marketing channels including CRM, social media, partnerships, digital & content marketing and Influencers Be responsible for demand growth and user development funnels on both existing and new business initiatives. Provide leadership, coaching and direction to a high-performance team; ensuring that they are well briefed, supported and that they work as effective members of the wider team, and deliver on their objectives. Derive actionable insights using reports and data, present meaningful analysis, and recommend impactful initiatives and optimizations. Evaluate and report on campaign performance to relevant stakeholders, including providing regular management reporting to inform the organization's performances. Manage marketing budgets, provide accurate ROI forecasting and appropriate investments.  Essentials to Succeed 10 - 12 years of experience in performance marketing strategy and in a team management role.  Experience in eCommerce, payments, B2C marketing, social media, and start-ups is highly valued. Has an excellent track record of creating and implementing successful creative marketing campaigns, including all elements of the marketing mix. A structured thinker who can break big, ambiguous challenges down into discrete, solvable problems. Strong data analysis skills and ability to use both quantitative and qualitative means to map strategy, decisions, product iterations and roadmap prioritisation back to data. Commercial acumen, budget management, and reporting experiences.  Exceptional leadership and team management skills to achieve outstanding results. Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills with an ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels, internally and externally. A creative instinct, both in developing campaigns and in constantly evaluating how we work in order to improve processes.
