Job Summary Responsible for the operational management of distinct mid-size local or regional projects or mid-size projects of a program, and ensures that the overall project objectives are clearly defined and met. These projects are characterized by medium complexity, medium change and communications elements and important business impact.
Job Accountabilities - Key Accountabilities Takes accountability for a successful implementation of distinct mid-size local or regional projects or mid-size projects of a program, sub-projects, or phases of a larger project projects. Select appropriate processes required to meet the project objectives. Adapt to and apply different delivery approaches and perform, with appropriate support, project management processes to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and control as well as close a project in accordance with the Zurich project management frameworks and policies. Develop detailed project plans at task level based on the agreed business case and comply with requirements to meet the needs and expectations of senior stakeholders. Balance the competing constraints of scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, and risk to produce the specified product, service, or result, managing project risks appropriately. Engage with other project managers to understand and share best practices and learnings and coach other more junior project managers. Job Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Proven experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in a similar industry or sector. Preferred:
Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively plan, execute, and oversee multiple marketing programs simultaneously. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals towards achieving strategic objectives. Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
