Job Description Develop the group's wide marketing strategy and its execution plan. Design, plan and implement all marketing initiatives across the group for all stream of businesses, that will create a significant marketing impact.Play a leading role in the establishment of the business's marketing strategies and brand building across all channels. This is done in collaboration with the Retail Brand Managers and Business Heads.To have capabilities and experience in aspects of digital marketing strategies to promote the Group's brands, products and services.Plan, direct and coordinate marketing budgets in accordance with organizational goals; as part of management of all marketing operations within the company.Create the structure of the marketing department; hire and develop a team of marketeers to execute the marketing strategy.Work closely with other members of the top management team to ensure the marketing function is contributing to the company's vision and growth aspirations.Enhance the Group's Corporate brand and Product brands; focused on driving brand awareness, that will include the younger generation. Responsible for supporting a consistent internal and external brand messaging strategy that is reflected across all pillars of business, as well as select internal marketing programs.Develop and manage Public Relations strategies to gain traction in media outlets and furthering brand awareness efforts. Serves as chief media strategist and spokesperson; responsible for identifying and building relationships with new and existing Editors, Reporters, Producers, Bloggers, Influencers and Tech Analysts to increase media coverage on relevant traditional and social media platforms. Coordinate media and public relations for news conferences, product launches, and interviews.Build strong working relationships with company executives, marketing/sales/workforce and business development teams, vendors, agencies and college partners to promote an integrated communications approach across the region. Create and implement training programs for executive leaders, provosts and faculty/staff to increase their communication skills and capabilities Requirements You must have at least 12 years of experience in the field and minimum 5 years experience in leading teams, and has been a Head of Marketing department or division.BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience. A Master's degree is a plus, though not required.Expert-level industry knowledge and competitors' intelligence knowledge.In-depth understanding and working knowledge of key marketing systems and platforms.Demonstrate leadership and implementation experience through effective marketing initiatives, collaborations, campaigns and etc.
