We are looking for a dynamic Head of Sales to join our team and take charge of our sales strategy, team performance and market innovation.Job Highlights-Dynamic and Supportive team-Direct line of reporting, simple organisational structure-Salary + sales commission Key Responsibilities:-Meeting Sales Targets and KPIs-Lead the charge in achieving sales KPIs at the country level-Develop and execute sales strategies to ensure targets are consistently-Identifying New Marketing Opportunities and Building Relationships-Spot unique upselling opportunities and explore new ways to offer our services-Build strong relationships with new clients and potential business partners to drive growth-Analyzing Market Trends-Stay on top of the latest market trends and competitor activities -Find innovative ways to enhance and diversify our product and service offerings-Collaborate with Other Departments-Work closely with other departments to identify strategic opportunities that increase revenue, such as pitching for production projects or uncovering PR opportunities for inhouse talents-Regional Sales Reporting-Provide bi-weekly updates on sales progress during regional calls-Sales planning-Stay informed about current sales figures, understand the sales pipeline and develop strategies to expand it-Developing and Implementing Effective Client Strategies-Identify gaps and innovate ways to collaborate with influencers and content creators to deliver outstanding client solutions -Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company [Apply now at https://my.hiredly.com/jobs/jobs-malaysia-gushcloud-malaysia-sdn-bhd-job-head-of-sales]
-At least 5 years of proven experience in leading a sales team and hitting targets.-Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.-Excellent relationship-building abilities with clients and partners.-Up-to-date with market trends and the competitive landscape.-Collaborative and able to work cross-functionally to drive revenue growth.-Familiar with CRM tools like Netsuite.-Experience in the media, digital marketing, or talent management industry is a plus.-Deep knowledge of social media landscape, platforms, local influencers-Solid people and organisational skills-Able to prioritise and multitask in a demanding environment -Excellent written and verbal EnglishIf you're ready to take on a leadership role and drive sales success, we'd love to hear from you!
