?PROVIDE PERSONALIZED TRAVEL ADVICE TO CUSTOMERS, HELPING THEM PLAN TRIPS THAT SUIT THEIR PREFERENCES AND BUDGETS.
?HANDLE RESERVATIONS FOR FLIGHTS, HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, AND OTHER TRAVEL SERVICES USING EXPEDIA'S SYSTEMS AND PARTNERS.
?ADDRESS CUSTOMER ISSUES RELATED TO TRAVEL, SUCH AS CHANGES IN BOOKINGS, CANCELLATIONS, OR OTHER DISRUPTIONS. OFFER ALTERNATIVES AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS IN A TIMELY MANNER.
?STAY UP-TO-DATE ON EXPEDIA'S OFFERINGS, INCLUDING FLIGHTS, ACCOMMODATIONS, AND PACKAGES, TO PROVIDE ACCURATE INFORMATION TO CUSTOMERS.
?RECOMMEND ADDITIONAL SERVICES (E.G., TRAVEL INSURANCE, TOURS) TO ENHANCE THE CUSTOMER'S TRAVEL EXPERIENCE.
