JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Must maintain a neat, healthy appearance and be physically fit.
2. Record keeping, conducting promotional activities and maintain stock inventories.
3. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of Spa and Wellness.
4. Constantly maintains a high level of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the Spa.
5. Create and maintain relations with spa guests and members through having an active presence in spa reception and other guest area.
6. Delivering a variety of spa services (body treatments, massages, facials, waxing and manicure/pedicure) in a safe and comfortable manner.
7. Maintaining equipment and sample inventory of products.
8. Acknowledging and responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
9. Understand and adhere the policies and procedures.
