Details of the offer

**Job Scope**- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties.- Provide clerical and administrative support to superior.- Prepare monthly staffs' payroll, calculate overtimes for staff, preparing and distributes pay slips, salary summary, key in SOCSO, EPF and Income Tax payment via online.- Liaise with authorities on administration related matters.- Received of communication from external interested parties, and channel to respective internal personnel.- Perform general administrative job (Purchasing of stationery, cleaning)- Compiling and update employee record (hard & soft copies)- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (Staffing, recruitment, training & etc.)- Conduct internal orientation to newly hired employees.- Any ad-hoc or other duties assigned by superior.**Responsibility & Accountability**- Responsible to maintain and updates employee's records and filing system.- Ensure filing of documentations, records and correspondences (Personal files, Leave Application and HR letters) are properly recorded and updated.- To monitor staffs' attendance records according to staff movement analysis.**Qualification Required**- Minimum Degree holder with 3-year experience in related industry.- Understanding of Integrated Management System of ISO 9001 & OHSAS 18001 standard requirements.- Computer literate.Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Maternity leave- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSupplemental pay types:- Overtime pay**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (required)- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
