Hr & Administrative Internship

Responsibilities:



-Creating employment agreements for newly hired staff;


-Maintain all employee records, office management and administrative;


-Maintaining and updating an Excel spreadsheet for daily/weekly cash flow;


-Submitting daily/weekly Withholding Tax reports for company software;


-Assist in the recruitment process such as processing applicants, screening resumes, sourcing candidates, interviews coordination and etc;


-Assist in other ad hoc matters.

; Requirements:-


-Able to commit 3/6 months internship period. 


-Possesses a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin, Business Management, or any other related fields.


-Able to work at Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya


-Familiarity with administrative duties 


-Good in Excel


-Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia.


-Pleasant personality, positive learning attitude
