Job Description
Permanent Remote or Flexible working hour & hybrid work mode We are seeking for an Administrator to support global HR Service Delivery team as part of a centralised function to handle a variety of HR-related transactions.
Inputs and maintains the human resource database and all employee records and files, including hardcopy files. Documents activities as requested. Completes reporting functions involving attendance & absence statistics, hire, termination, and transfer data, and other information assigned. Generates wide range of employee letters, including: visa letters, promotion, salary review, share grant and ad-hoc communication. Administers employee health, welfare and retirement plans including starters & leavers and annual renewal administration. dministers global onboarding and offboarding administration. Processes various electronic forms related to documenting human resources activities such as change-of-status, employment changes, benefits, termination of employment and updates internal HRIS (SuccessFactors). Provides information to employees on matters pertaining to their personal employee information, e.g. employment references. Schedules onboarding inductions to support HR Advisors. Purchase Order and invoice processing as directed by HR Advisors.
Qualifications
Excellent communication written and verbal - Language – Mandarin, English, Malay. Proficiency in other Asian languages would be an added advantage. Experience of HR Administration work – 2 years preferably An advantage if worked within global organization Good systems knowledge working with automated processes Ability to work with processes and identify improvements for efficiency and standardisation
