Hr Assistant

Details of the offer

Job Responsibilities:Assist in recruitment process, compensation & benefits, payroll processing, performance management, training & development, HR policy & procedures, employee relations, industrial relations, and other HR administration.
Maintain an up-to-date HR database, including each employee's personal file, salary movement, letters, etc.
Liaise with relevant government parties and ensure compliance with all statutory requirements pertaining to human relations such as EPF, SOCSO, IRB, immigration matters, etc.
Assist in procurement by purchasing office equipment, liaising with printing providers for business card printing, letterhead, company rubber stamps, etc., and sourcing suppliers & price comparisons.
Document control: keep records of important documents (tenancy agreements, service agreements, etc.).
Provide administrative support including drafting correspondences and internal communications for the Admin & HR Department.
Assist in payment preparation functions and related financial work.
Coordinate and communicate with the superintending office for relevant jobs.
Undertake any other ad hoc assignments as required.
