Job Description Training & Development Lead and oversee all aspects of talent management and development programs within the organization.Design and implement strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.Collaborate with HR teams to create career development paths, training programs, and succession planning initiatives.Develop and execute talent management strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.Identify high-potential employees and create development plans to nurture their skills and career growth.Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of talent management programs and recommend improvements.Provide coaching and mentorship to employees and managers on talent development and performance management. Compensation & Benefits Develop and lead the organization's overall compensation and benefits strategy, which should be aligned with business objectives and competitive market practices.Design and implement innovative compensation structures, including base salary, variable pay, equity plans, and executive compensation packages.Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and others.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, to ensure alignment and buy-in for compensation and benefits programs.Provide guidance and expertise on compensation-related matters, such as job evaluations, salary structures, promotions, and retention strategies.Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.Stay informed about legislative changes and industry trends related to compensation and benefits, recommending necessary updates to policies and programs.Lead the annual performance review process, working closely with business leaders to ensure effective performance management and merit increase programs.
