We are looking for a talented HR Executive cum Admin to join our vibrant team. If you are enthusiastic about human resources and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we invite you to apply! Job Description: Manage HR processes, including recruitment, benefits administration, employee asset management, leave records, and the preparation of employment-related letters.Assist in employee disciplinary and performance management processes.Facilitate onboarding process for new hires.Oversee the employee exit process.Undertake ad-hoc tasks and projects related to human resources as required.Manage general office administration, including facilities management, procurement of office supplies, maintenance, and equipment repairs.Oversee office expenses and budget management.Review, verify, and approve staff expense claims and leave. Job Requirements: A minimum of a degree or higher in a relevant field.At least 2 years of related experience, with a strong understanding of local employment laws.Proficient in both Mandarin and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Additional Information: Monthly Remuneration: RM5500 ~ RM6500 + Parking SubsidyWorking Hours: Mondays to Fridays, 12 PM - 9 PMWork Location: Menara Suezcap 1 , Kuala Lumpur (accessible via LRT University)
