Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Degree/Masterin Human Resources or equivalent Freshgraduate or 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field isrequired for this position Proficiency incomputer usePreferably able to speak Malay andEnglish Ability to work under tight timelinesacross multiple time zones and prioritize important/urgent task Job Responsibilities:
To liaise with General Manager/Nursing Directorin coordinating staff development and training, includingidentifying relevant courses for hospitalemployees.To ensure that job descriptions aredeveloped.To be responsible for therecruitment, employment and disposal for allpersonnel.To maintain personal files on allpersonnel.To protect the reputation andintegrity of staff through strictconfidentiality.To keep all files in anorderly manner and prepare filing system directions for otherusers.To review and proof documents, recordsand forms for accuracy, completeness and conformance to applicablerules and regulations.To collect and compilestatistics/analysis of data and other information for inclusioninto special and periodic reports.To performother job related duties as directed/requested by management fromtime to time.
