You will Plan an importantrole: Work closely with Managers& Executive Director to get thingsdonePayroll processing and liaise withthe statutory officer (eg. EPF, SOCSO,EIS, LHDN, HRDCorp) for anyqueries from staff with regards to statutorymatters.Liaise with the bank officer forany matters that related to the company matters & arrangingaccount opening for the newstaff.Maintain and update of employeepersonal informationfile.Leave management – Checkingattendance record in order to update on any absenteeism, unpaidleave, resignation and newstaff.Recruitment –Scheduling jobinterviews and assisting in interviewprocess.Conducting orientation for newstaff & process performance reviews for staffconfirmation.Supervise the maintenance of officeequipment / building facilities, managing an annual event at theoffice and handle any other admin-relatedmatters.Organize & arrange for themeetings and prepare meetingminutes.Responsible for monthly sales& collection commission calculation for salesteam.Responsible for monthly statutorysubmission to government statutoryboardWell versed with Sarawak &Sabah Labor Ordinance, Employment Act and other relatedlegislation.
