Hr Executive

Responsibilities: Responsible for full spectrum of HR functionsHandle and manage recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding.Conduct orientation program for new employees and coordinate internal /external training.Handle staffing issue by providing guidance and counsellingTo develop and implement HR strategy and action plan to improve operation productivity and support organizational growth Responsible for day-to-day administration duties for the Company to ensure smooth running of daily operation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.Identify and analyze training needs of staff, develop effective training plan to ensure all staff received sufficient training to perform their job functionsTo undertake any ad-hoc tasks as and when required. Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent.At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Detail-oriented, excellent time management and committed.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.High level of conceptual, analytical and problem solving skills.Positive attitude and possess high level of CONFIDENTIALITY.Proficient in HR matters and well versed in Malaysia labour law such as Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, etc is an added advantage.Applicants must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
