Requirement: Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Business Studies / Administration / Management, Human Resource Management or equivalent;At least 3 years of working experiences in Human Resource;Good knowledge of Labour Laws and legislation such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act 1967;Able to start immediately will be an advantage;Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, SQLPreferably Senior Executive specialized in Human Resources or equivalent.Positive, responsible, meticulous, good attitude, good communication and interpersonal skillAccountability and responsibilities person Responsibilities: Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and dutiesProvide clerical and administrative support.Responsible to full set of payroll administration including on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs and statutory payments i.e. EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax, HRDF etc. in compliance with all statutory requirements.To prepare/review employment letter included LOA, appraisal form, confirmation, promotion, transfer, memo, show cause or any other letter·Responsible for KPI management, KPI calculation and KPI implementation.To monitor staff attendance, i.e. punctuality, leave application, etc.Performs all other related duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.Ensure all departments are following company policies and SOP.
