About the role

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive or Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team at The Body Shop in UEP Subang Jaya, Selangor. As part of our Generalist HR team, you will play a vital role in supporting our organisation's human resources initiatives and contributing to the overall success of the business.
What you'll be doing Providing comprehensive HR support and advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR-related matters, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and learning and developmentAssisting with the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulationsParticipating in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidatesCoordinating and facilitating employee training and development programsMaintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and dataCollaborating with cross-functional teams to support organisational initiatives and drive employee engagementWhat we're looking for Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within a retail / F&B or consumer goods environmentStrong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with employees at all levelsProficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to utilise HR information systemsProactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise multiple tasks in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
