-Creating job descriptions and posting them on various job boards e.g. : Jobstreet, Linkedin, Facebook, Hiredly.
-Reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
-Salary negotiation, facilitating the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, paperwork, and induction schedules.
-Addressing employee grievances, mediating disputes, and maintaining a positive work environment.
-Assist to prepare documentation with the HQ HR team such as offer letter, promotion, transfer, salary adjustment and etc.
-Handle staff disciplinary issue e.g counselling session, staff disciplinary action, termination and other employee related matters.
-Review and monitor staff's attendace, work efficiency, disciplinary issue and manage overall staff personnel files, ensuring all information are properly kept with highest level of confidentiality.
-Organise staff townhall for company policy briefing purposes.
-Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing. Responsible for overtime payment and leave management to ensure accuracy of payroll data.?
-Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
-Prepare HR reports for management review.
-Any ad-hoc task which is required by the management.

; Requirements:-
-Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Management, Administration or equivalent.
-At least 2 years of working experiences in position of Human Resources. Experience in Express Company will be an added advantage.
-Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws (Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967.
-Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently.
