As an HR Intern, you will provide support to the HR Manager in various HR functions and administrative tasks. You will play a vital role in executing HR processes efficiently and maintaining accurate records. Your main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:-Assist in developing and updating HR policies and procedures.-Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and other HR documents.-Assist HR Manager to shop office use items such as stationery, snacks and beverages.-Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.-Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leaves, and claims.-Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.-Help in tracking training attendance and evaluations.-Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.-Help in addressing employee queries and minor concerns.-Contribute to maintaining a positive work culture.-Assist in ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor laws.-Help in preparing HR-related documents for audits.-Assist to verify the OT payment, weekend allowance and other -Assist in any ad-hoc task as instructed by HR Manager and the management team. -A bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.-Familiarity with the Employment Act of 1955 is advantageous.-Demonstrated professionalism in handling private and confidential information.-Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Microsoft Word Excel-Strong verbal communication skills.-Proficiency in both English and Malay languages.
