Job Description

You as a HR Intern will be responsible for:

Gather, analyse and communicate information effectively through internal information channels; cross-functionally coordinate information flow;
Write and proofread internal posts, announcements, digests, remarks, newsletters, articles, presentations, etc ;
Lead and take part in engagement employee events;
Develop and maintain an ongoing knowledge of the Organization including strategy, objectives, initiatives, functions, programs, key stakeholders, and culture;
Managing onboarding organizations & documentation
Managing offboarding organizations & documentation
Supporting HR in recruitment process : phone interview, interview agenda exc.
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

For this role as HR Intern, we're looking for last year students with excellent English and communication skills.

Skills we appreciate:

Great desire to build career in HR
Ability to write creatively
Excellent speaking and written English & communication skills
Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
Skilled in the use of Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Excellent organizational skills
Working experience is not needed, but 1+ year of experience in Human Resources would be an advantage
