Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
-Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating new hire onboarding processes.
-Employee Records: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
-HR Administration: Support daily HR operations, including handling correspondence, managing HR documents, and assisting with employee inquiries.
-Training and Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other development programs.
-HR Projects: Participate in various HR projects, such as employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and diversity and inclusion efforts.
-Compliance: Help ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.
-Data Analysis: Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data to support decision-making and improve HR practices.
-Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of employee events and activities.
-Other Duties: Perform other HR-related tasks and projects as assigned.

-Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
