Monthly remuneration: Up to RM9,000 
Off Days: Saturday, Sunday
Working Hours: 10am-7pm
Work Location:  Kuala Lumpur
Responsible for the recruitment process, including recruitment planning, selection of recruitment channels, resume screening, and interview arrangements.
Assist in developing employee training plans and be responsible for organizing and managing training resources.
Maintain employee records, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of employee information.
Manage employee benefits and performance evaluation system, ensuring fair and effective incentive measures.
Handle employee relations, address employee issues and disputes, and maintain a positive employee relationship atmosphere.
Manage daily administrative tasks, including office facility maintenance, procurement of supplies, and organization of team activities.
Assist in formulating company policies and procedures, and promote their implementation and continuous optimization.
Ensure the company's compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and policies.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources Management or a related field preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources Management or Administrative Management, with experience in the retail industry being preferred.
Proficient in Mandarin, English, with the ability to communicate fluently both verbally and in writing.
Familiar with labor laws, regulations, and human resources management knowledge in Malaysia, capable of compliantly handling various personnel issues.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with a strong team spirit.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, able to efficiently complete work tasks.
Innovative mindset and a willingness to learn, able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
