1.1 Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy1.2 Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues1.3 Manage the recruitment and selection process1.4 Be responsible for all HR management and development (including recruitment and selection policy/practices, discipline, grievance, mentoring, salary and conditions, contracts, training and development, talent management, succession planning, driving performance appraisals and any other HR related issues).1.5 Support and coach the management team on all people leadership matters, including business change and transformation. Forming strong relationships with the management team to be able to challenge and coach in a high-performance environment.1.6 Update the company server with timely, relevant forms, policies and procedures to ensure accessibility for employees at all times1.7 To deliver and report on the annual employee engagement survey to ensure feedback from employees is collated and interpreted correctly to help improve employee engagement.1.9 Manage a training plan that details required training that is delivered within the agreed/specific timescales and ensure outcomes are appropriately measured and reported on.Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month**Benefits**:- Free parkingSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Butterworth: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Mandarin (preferred)- Bahasa (preferred)
