Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
Creating training content and conducting competency assessments. Developing and executing training schedules, managing sessions, workshops, and events. Delivering training content in modules. Ensuring all new employees receive thorough induction training to attain necessary skills and knowledge for their roles. Providing or facilitating skills-based learning opportunities for all employees as needed. Demonstrating expertise in both the theory and practice of learning and development. Conducting comprehensive needs analysis among internal employees to identify gaps in learning and opportunities for performance improvement. Staying updated on industry trends and participating in educational opportunities and professional organizations. Assisting in cultivating a culture of self-directed learning and development among individuals. Coordinating activities related to the planning, development, delivery, and organization of training programs, including field-based and online learning. Offering recommendations on communication methods and project management tools to ensure timely and seamless integration with business leaders, organizational priorities, and changes. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Educational Technology, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 8 years of work experience in content development, planning, and managing large and complex training events and programs. Hands-on experience in managing and developing a corporate training plan. Strong organizational, interpersonal, public speaking, verbal and written communication, and facilitation skills required. Ability to handle multiple programs and activities. High proficiency in spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English is necessary.
