As a healthcare company committed to protecting the health and safety of our employees, contractors, customers and communities, incoming new hires in Malaysia are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, unless an approved medical exemption letter has been issued by a medical specialist (not a general practitioner)._**Responsibilities**:- Conduct and analyze needs assessments; design and develop appropriate learning and development interventions (formal and informal) to meet business needs; analyze and select the most appropriate strategies, methodologies, social learning tools and technologies to maximize the learning experience and business impact.- Deliver high quality solutions (classroom; virtual webinars; online eLearning) in a manner that both engages the learner and produces desired outcomes; manage and respond to learner needs; ensure that the learning solution is made available or delivered in a timely and effective manner.- Gather fact-based quantitative and qualitative data to answer specific questions regarding the impact of learning and development solutions; focusing on the impact of individual programs and creating overall measures of system effectiveness; leveraging findings to increase effectiveness and provide recommendations for change.- Manage training partners / suppliers to ensure consistent quality of design and delivery.- Manage new hire onboarding process including orientation for a smooth and successful integration of employees to Agilent.- Determine and develop approaches to human resources assignments e.g. implement and lead customer focused HR programs, services and consultation to enhance individual, team, management and business performance consistent with Agilent's values, philosophies, policies and programs.- Solve a broad range of problems of varying scope and complexity.1. At least a Bachelor's Degree with experience in human resources and/or learning and development.2. Job will be located in Penang, Malaysia.3. Ability to influence and collaborate with others.4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.5. Excellent with details; manage accurate documentation processes.6. Excellent planning and organization skills.7. Ability to work with mínimal supervision to achieve stated objectives.8. Experience working with all levels of employees in a company.9. Demonstrated experience in delivering live training and facilitation (classroom and virtual).10. Experience with sourcing and selecting 3rd party learning and development solutions.11.
