Hr Recruiter

Responsible for end-to-end recruitment from screening, shortlisting, applicant management, arranging interviews, gathering feedbacks, preparing recruitment reports, etc. Work closely with HR Manager on manpower requirement and support departments on all recruitment matters. Responsible for new staff on-boarding (induction) & exit interviews. Administer and coordinate various in-house and external training program, maintain training records etc. Liaise with training providers & HRDF grant & related issues. Handle periodical briefing on company policies & compliances. Support HR initiatives and activities i.e. company annual dinner, company trip, etc. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business studies or equivalent.
At least 4 years of relevant hands-on working experience in group/bulk recruitment, training related.
Computer literate and proficient in Ms. Office.
Good command of English, both verbal and written skills. Proficiency in mandarin language advantage to deal with mandarin speaking counterparts.
Good team player, positive attitude & confidential person.
Keeping up to date with current employment legislations.
Immediate availability preferred.
