Hr Recruiter

Responsible for end-to-endrecruitment from screening, shortlisting, applicant management,arranging interviews, gathering feedbacks, preparing recruitmentreports, etc.Work closely with HR Manager onmanpower requirement and support departments on all recruitmentmatters.Responsible for new staff on-boarding(induction) & exitinterviews.Administer and coordinate variousin-house and external training program, maintain training recordsetc.Liaise with training providers &HRDF grant & related issues.Handleperiodical briefing on company policies &compliances.Support HR initiatives andactivities i.e. company annual dinner, company trip,etc. JobRequirements: Diploma or Degree inHuman Resource Management, Business studies orequivalent.
At least 4 years of relevanthands-on working experience in group/bulk recruitment, trainingrelated.
Computer literate and proficient in Ms.Office.
Good command of English, both verbal andwritten skills. Proficiency in mandarin language advantage to dealwith mandarin speaking counterparts.
Good teamplayer, positive attitude & confidential person.
Keeping up to date with current employmentlegislations.
Immediate availabilitypreferred.
